FAQ's

 1. What Paperwork is needed to get started?

  You will need to fill out an enrollment form, you will also need up to date shot records and a signed physical from the doctor (one will be provided in the enrollment packet for the doctor to sign or the doctors office will have their own-either is fine)

 

2.Your Rates say weekly, can we pay monthly?

  Yes. you can pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of the month (or on Monday's if paying weekly) If you pay monthly EVERY month then you will only pay for 4 weeks-even during the months with 5 weeks! 

 

3. Do you provide transportation? 

  Yes, transportation is provided to and from school. We currently pick up from Bay Colony, Calder Rd. and RJ wollam head start. We are in the Santa Fe school district so their buses will provide transportation to and from our center.

 

4. Are meals provided?

   Yes, we provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Our menu's are posted at all times so you can see whats being offered. If you would like to pack your childs lunch you most certainly can, just let the staff know so we can refrigerate it until lunch time.

 

5.What if my child has a food or milk allergy?

   If you child has a food allergy we ask that you let the office know, there is also an area on the enrollment papers to list any allergies. Once we know about the allergy we will keep a special copy of our menu highlighting what the child is not allowed to have, we will then make them an alternate lunch to enjoy that day. If your child has a milk allergy and is drinking special milk such as organic or soy, we ask that you provide them with their own milk. we will label it and keep it in the refrigerator.

 

6. Do you offer a curriculum?

   We do! In our Pre-k 3 and Pre-k 4 classrooms the children will do daily curriculum, working with the alphabet, sight words, vocabulary, writing and, spelling! your children will have daily papers to bring home so you can see all the exciting work they've done. Our Pre-k 4 classroom also works with math and science skills! We are also involved in the Texas School Ready Program. Our goal is to get our students ready for Kindergarten.

 

7. Do you help with potty training?

   We can help with potty training. When you inform us that you've started potty training at home we will start taking them to potty on a regular schedule and anytime they let us know they need to go.

 

8. Do you provide baby items, formula, diapers, wipes, etc?

  We do not provide baby items, we do provide toys, cribs, and sheets, the babies do have their own cubbys to keep their items, you will need to provide the following: Diapers, wipes, baby food, formula, bottles and water(or prefill the bottles for the day)

If the baby is eating table food meals will be provided to them, but you can bring any snacks they like to munch on.

you can bring your supplies in bulk to keep at the center, or you can bring enough for the day.
